I have extensive demonstrable experience in transforming existing businesses in building both brown and green field plastics production facilities.
This experience was gained throughout Europe and Australasia, via the creation of high performance cross functional teams.
Joining Coral has allowed me to use my skills in a different sphere of the plastics industry, enabling me to create and support the Management teams across the business units to engage in and deliver the group strategy.

I was appointed in February 2017. I joined Coral Products Mouldings Ltd as Group Financial Controller in December 2016.
I have 17 years experience within accounting and the financial arena.
I previously acted as Financial Controller of James Dewhurst Ltd, prior to this I held accounting positions at Pets Choice Ltd, Thames Water, Scott Health and Safety Ltd and Uniqema Ltd. I am an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Management Accountants.
Group Human Resources Manager
With over 13 years of HR experience, I joined Coral Products PLC in October 2016, looking for a new challenge.
I was excited to demonstrate how the effective utilisation of Human Resource management can benefit the organisation as a whole. During my time here I have seen the organisation, grow and employees flourish.
There is a strong emphasis on teamwork and it is a pleasure to be part of such a forward thinking company, that is investing in people.
I started working with Coral Products on the production line in 1994.
During my employment I have been fully trained in all aspects of deliveries and dispatch, material handling, production, quality control and warehousing.
I am a qualified ISO 9001 Lead Quality Auditor and ISO 14001 Environmental Auditor.
During my employment, I have worked in every department at supervisory and assistant Manager level before my current role as Production Manager.
Warehouse & Purchasing Manager
I have amassed a wealth of experience over the last 25 years, managing logistics, procurement and warehousing within the organisations I have previously worked for predominantly in the wholesale sector.
My current position within the company is Logistics and Purchasing Manager, my role involves, the management of all warehouse and logistics operations.
In addition I manage all purchasing requirements of Coral, with the emphasis on developing our current partnerships
within our existing supplier network, sourcing new suppliers to further enhance the reputation of Coral Mouldings Ltd.
I joined Coral Products (Mouldings) Ltd in November 2015 as a Production Operator before being promoted to Quality Control Inspector and then to Quality Coordinator. Since I joined the company I have completed qualifications in first aid, fire safety, IOSH, HACCP, risk assessments, COSHH ISO 9001 internal auditing and health and safety. I also achieved Level 2 NVQ in Business Improvement Techniques and am now working towards my Level 3 in Leadership and Management.
Coral Products (Mouldings) Ltd has supported me immensely in my professional development, and I have learnt new leadership techniques that have encouraged teamwork and increased employee engagement, both within my team and the business as a whole. My current position with Coral Products (Mouldings) Ltd is a welcome challenge, and I look forward to the future developments within the business.
Internal Sales and Customer Service Manager
I joined Coral in 2010 as part of our Sales Team and quickly became a valued member of staff.
I have gained a wealth of invaluable experience, working within transport, shipping, accounts, office and warehouse management.
I am now the Internal sales and customer service manager for Coral and I lead an excellent team able to deal with our customer and clients needs.
I have been at Coral for the last 15 years where I have progressed through the company from working on the production line to warehouse manager.
As warehouse manager I oversee all incoming and out going loads on a daily bases, along side running a team of warehouse operatives.
Over the last 15 years I have watched Coral grow and expand taking on new products.
I look forward to seeing the future plans and developments Coral has ahead.
Human Resources Assistant
I joined Coral in April 2018 as a HR Assistant.
I have previously worked in Sales Administration roles but decided I wanted a career change into HR after enrolling on a CIPD Level 3 course in Human Resources Practice. Some of my duties are to compile and update employee records, coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training, surveys etc, in addition to this I provide administrative support to the Group HR Manager. I also coordinate and support with recruitment needs including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews and contacting candidates and to assist with day to day operations of the HR functions.
I joined Coral in September 2018 as part of the Sales Team and during an exciting time of change and growth.
I love how focused Coral is on developing their staff, and I’m looking forward to being an integral part of the team here. I enjoy building strong relationships with customers, so I am hoping to do that in this industry through my experience of Sales and Customer Service.
Human Resources Assistant
I joined Coral Products in August 2017 as a Human Resources Administrator after leaving college not fully knowing what I wanted to do as a career.
Even though I haven’t been with Coral for long, I have already discovered that this job in HR is for me as no two days are the same and I always have new challenges daily.
Within my role I communicate with employees on a regular basis whether that be arranging courses or generally looking after them, organise recruitment, manage absences and holidays, completing referrals, and have different projects running whilst gaining a Business Administration qualification.
I hope to grow alongside the company, and continue learning from Coral as it has taught me so much already.
Business Administrator Apprentice
I joined Coral Products in August 2019 as a Business Administrator Apprentice
